国家体育场屋盖结构的几何构型非常复杂,立面和肩部构件均为扭曲箱形构件,在设计中采用了三维建模软件CATIA解决复杂建筑结构的空间建模问题。由于扭曲箱形构件在建筑工程中极少应用,传统的制图方式已经无法表达其几何形状,本文提出一种适合于扭曲箱形构件的节点坐标表示法,通过构件棱线上的特征点、端点或与其他构件的交点,采用三次B样条曲线拟合构件的棱线,以获得扭曲箱形构件连续光滑的轮廓线。本文给出了空间坐标法误差控制原则、控制点间距计算方法、曲率突变点的处理方法等。最后,文中给出了施工图表示方法与数据检验的实例。 相似文献

Two novel thiophene 3,4-disubstituted organic dyes with double acceptors at 2,5-position framework photosensitizers were carefully designed and synthesized for the dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) application. In this submission, the influence of carbazole (Cz) and triphenylaime (NPh3) units substitution at 3,4-position of thiophene is studied. Both the planar structure of carbazole based dyes and three dimension structure of triphenylamine based dyes are found to effectively inhibit the I−/I3− and Co+2/Co+3 electrolyte on TiO2 surface. The results show that varying the donor position in dyes also effectively works for DSSC application, even if it does not broaden the absorption peak in visible region (for both the dyes) due to the blocking of electron delocalization at 2,5-positions by acceptor units. With two twisted donors at 3,4-position in Cz-Th-Dye, NPh3-Th-Dye the dye aggregation and charge recombination retarded. The optical, electrochemical, density functional theory and TRPL studies were used to estimate the photovoltaic properties of the dyes. The dye having two acceptors on both sides (2,5-position) of thiophene moiety showed efficient electron extraction from the electron donor part. Without using any additives, Cz-Th dye and NPh3-Th dye in presence of cobalt (II/III) redox shuttle, resulted in the power conversion efficiency (η, PCE) of ∼3.4% and 3.1% respectively. By replacing one acceptor with any other donor, these thiophene moiety can effectively work as a new π-spacer in DSSC application. 相似文献

The possibility of triggering correlated phenomena by placing a singularity of the density of states near the Fermi energy remains an intriguing avenue toward engineering the properties of quantum materials. Twisted bilayer graphene is a key material in this regard because the superlattice produced by the rotated graphene layers introduces a van Hove singularity and flat bands near the Fermi energy that cause the emergence of numerous correlated phases, including superconductivity. Direct demonstration of electrostatic control of the superlattice bands over a wide energy range has, so far, been critically missing. This work examines the effect of electrical doping on the electronic band structure of twisted bilayer graphene using a back-gated device architecture for angle-resolved photoemission measurements with a nano-focused light spot. A twist angle of 12.2° is selected such that the superlattice Brillouin zone is sufficiently large to enable identification of van Hove singularities and flat band segments in momentum space. The doping dependence of these features is extracted over an energy range of 0.4 eV, expanding the combinations of twist angle and doping where they can be placed at the Fermi energy and thereby induce new correlated electronic phases in twisted bilayer graphene. 相似文献

An experimental study of heat transfer and friction factor characteristics in a circular tube fitted by twisted tapes with nonuniform twist ratios is reported. The twisted tapes are used as swirl generators playing roles as heat transfer enhancers. The nonuniform twisted tapes examined in the present work have (1) sequentially increasing twist ratios (SL), (2) sequentially decreasing twist ratios (LS), (3) repeatedly increasing-decreasing twist ratios (SL/SL), (4) repeatedly decreasing-increasing twist ratios (LS/LS), (5) intermittently increasing-decreasing twist ratios (SL→LS), and (6) intermittently decreasing-increasing twist ratios (LS→SL). In addition, three different typical twisted tapes with twist ratios of 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0 (TT) were also evaluated. Apparently, LS yields monotonically increasing swirling intensity and SL decreasing swirling intensity, resulting in lower heat transfer rate and friction factor than the other four nonuniform twisted tapes, which possess extra fluid fluctuation. However, among the tapes tested, the SL/SL offers the maximum thermal performance factor of around 1.03, which corresponds to Nusselt number of around 36% and friction factor of 3.57 times over those of the plain tube. 相似文献

塑料斜齿扭带是自动清洗扭带技术研究30多年来取得的最重要进展,突破了低流速自动清洗难关,极大地拓宽了应用范围,突破传热强化弱的难关成为高效传热强化的一种新元件。本文专题研究了这一新技术的动力学设计理论及其工程应用问题。研究中将复杂的斜齿扭带动力矩近似分解为虚拟的光滑扭带动力矩及其螺旋线液流对斜齿的冲推力矩之和,建立了动力矩理论计算式。通过对该计算式的工程应用研究,得到了有关优化设计方面诸多的重要结论。在该式指导下设计的斜齿扭带优化试验结果表明,斜齿扭带的自转动力矩和传热系数均比光滑扭带成倍提高,设备总阻力也在工程许可范围内。 相似文献
